Every summer we travel to North Dakota and Montana for Bird Dog Summer Camp. This is an exceptional opportunity to allow your dog to run big in the wide open country and hunt for true wild birds (pheasants, sharp-tail grouse and Hungarian partridge). We travel west in late-July, so that we can enjoy the mild temperatures of Montana in August through the beginning of September. We are away for approximately 8 weeks. All dogs in camp receive daily activity; roading and/or horseback hunting, training and one-on-one attention. Owners are kept informed weekly of their dog's progress. Dogs return home in athletic shape, ready for the fall hunting and trial season.
